Hello! My name is Dawn Garner and I am the owner and Licensed Esthetician at Root Essence Esthetics. My mission is to provide a place where you will find comfort, connection, and confidence as you gain the knowledge you need to love and care for your skin. I provide products and services that are holistic and modern in nature. These are both healing and nourishing for the mind, body, and soul. I have created a space that is welcoming and free of judgment for you as you find peace in your journey at Root Essence Esthetics. CANCELLATION POLICY
Hello! Thank you for choosing Root Essence Esthetics for your skincare journey! When booking with me, I set aside the extra time to prepare the space for your booked service to make sure it is ready and comfortable for YOU! The booking site will send multiple text reminders and a confirmation request to make sure you are aware of your upcoming appointment. I understand unexpected things can occur, and that's okay. I respectfully ask for a 24-hour notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Cancellations with a less than 24-hour notice will result in a 50% charge of the scheduled service cost. Any missed appointments without notification (no call no-shows) will result in a 100% charge of the scheduled service cost. For no call no-shows, you will be given a 15-minute grace period after your booked appointment time to notify me of being late or if you need to reschedule before being charged the cancellation fee.
